How to avoid exhibits being detained


Prepare relevant exhibit materials in advance

1. Prepare Russian exhibit packing list materials before departure.
2. If you see a queue at the baggage claim at the airport, it is likely that the export inspection department is unpacking and checking.

2.1 It is recommended to wait until the queue is relieved before going to the exit.

2.2 Distribute the exhibits among the luggage of multiple teammates to disperse the risk of unpacking and inspection.

PART 02

How to deal with detained goods



The customs release office is at Terminal F of the airport

Apply for the customs release form at Terminal F of the airport, Office 7.44, 7th Floor, Terminal F, working hours 9:00-18:00 (working days).



Airport detained exhibit storage point

Customs officers assisted in picking up the goods, and were accompanied by customs officers throughout the check-in process to ensure that all goods were picked up with the luggage of the parties.

(Note: Customs release documents can be processed in advance or on the same day. Please pay attention to the working hours. Arrive at the airport in advance on the day of departure. The whole process takes about 6 hours!)




Collect the goods before returning to China after the goods are seized

If the seized goods cannot be retrieved, how to collect the high-value goods and bring them back to China

Arrive at Terminal C (the place where the goods were seized), submit all the procedures and materials, and the customs officers will take the parties to pay the storage fees and fines. After completion, the customs officers will inform you when to pick up the goods, which is generally within 5 hours before the departure flight takes off.

(Note: The luggage of the party concerned must be checked in by himself. Even if the number of pieces or weight exceeds the limit, the excess luggage fee must be paid before the luggage is checked in by himself!)
